You are required to organise a research proposal meeting no later than the mid of April. A research proposal committee will be formed, which will ordinarily consist of you, your supervisor and at least two other members, usually the Director of the Honours programme and one other member of academic staff from the SoPH or FMHS. A typed copy of the proposal should be submitted to the supervisor and committee members at least 5 working day prior to the meeting.

Once you have an agreed date/time for your research proposal meeting, please fill in the following information and submit your room booking request. Please submit the request at least 2 working days before you scheduled meeting date. You will receive a booking request email and booking confirmation email sent from the system within 1-2 working days. Please don't reply to any of them. If you need to use the computer in the room, please also specify a keyboard and mouse in 'special requirements' field.
